Overview
Not all buyer signals are easy to track. A conversation at an event, a quiet heads-up from a partner, or insight shared in a Slack message can say a lot about intent. Clearcue lets your team log these moments manually so important context doesn’t get lost.
These signals don’t come from your channels, but they often matter most. Manual entries help you capture third-party intent and real-world momentum that doesn’t show up in your data.
How it works
Your team can log signals directly inside Clearcue when something important happens outside of tracked tools. This includes offline meetings, non-public insights, third-party intel, or any cue that shows a company might be evaluating, switching tools, or budgeting for a change.
You can tag the company or contact, assign a signal type, and add context like who shared it or what triggered the insight. These manual signals show up alongside all other behavior, giving you a centralized view of intent and engagement across channels.
Because these moments often come from trusted relationships or real-world interactions, they are some of the most valuable. Logging them helps your team act faster and catch high intent early, even when it doesn’t show up in your analytics.
