Overview

Event activity reveals more than attendance numbers. It tells you who’s engaged, what topics resonate, and how interest builds over time. Lu.ma helps you host and manage events, and Clearcue tracks how people interact before, during, and after each one.

From signups and cancellations to replay views and shared links, every action becomes a signal. You’ll get a clear picture of who’s paying attention and which companies show growing intent.

How it works

Clearcue connects directly to your Lu.ma account to track what happens before, during, and after every event. Once connected, we automatically collect registration data, attendance behavior, and post-event actions across all of your live, online, and replay-accessible events.

We log each registrant, match them to a company, and monitor key actions such as attending live, canceling a registration, or watching the recording later. We also track event sharing, questions asked during the event, and how many events someone registers for over time. If several people from the same company attend different sessions, Clearcue flags it as a strong signal of company-level interest.

You’ll see which topics are resonating, which accounts are warming up, and where event content is building traction. Over time, Clearcue helps you connect these dots to identify patterns and understand how event behavior fits into the broader buyer journey.
